Our group attended the 2020 Biophysical Society meeting in San Diego! We had some great presentations, interacted with excellent scientists from around the world, and enjoyed the warm weather.

Stefania presenting her poster “Role of ATP in Allosteric Regulation of the DNA Cleavage Process in Yeast Topoisomerase IIA”
Lokesh presenting his poster “Histone Tail Dynamics in Canonical and Subnucleosomal Particles Investigated with Molecular Dynamics Simulations”
Eve presenting her poster “The Effect of H2A.B Histone Variant Substitution on Nucleosome Dynamics and Interactions”
Dustin presenting his poster “The Effects of Linker Histone Binding States on Chromatosome Dynamics”
Zack presenting his poster “Characterizing Writhed Geometries in Open and Closed Supercoiled DNA Structures”
Joseph presenting his poster “The Staphylococcus Aureus IsdH Receptor Forms a Dynamic Complex With Human Hemoglobin and Triggers Heme Release via Two Distinct Hot Spots”
