Joseph Clayton is currently pursuing a doctorate in Physics at Illinois Tech. He received a B.S. in Physics from Tennessee Tech in 2015 and is currently studying the iron-regulated surface determinant protein IsdH expressed by Staphylococcus Aureus. His interests include enhanced sampling techniques, use of Markov models, ensemble fitting to experimental data, and machine learning in the context of molecular dynamics.
